Still stretching scar tissue with abdominal exercises in the gym. Other than that, I'm 110%. Almost all of my gains are back. Stamina is back. Joined a second gym that's open 24/7, night cardio ... lol. Surgery was $170,000, but insurance covered $165,000. I still owe 2 grand of the 5 grand they made me pay, which sucks.

So glad to here that you have recovered a lot and stamina back…..don't over do your gym….but exercise is good for the heart….keep it up. Glad you had your insurance covered almost all of your expenses….my mom had insurance too but since she had been sick for a while now….expenses are way high…..but money can be earned….life you cannot…..So cheer up….you are blessed….and loved….Hoping for your full recovery.
