Permanent ban? - For Copywrite Brand

My friends two accounts got disabled for using brands in one of her shops. Before they banned her she had already hidden all branded items. Is it possible to get the account back or should we give up?

You either need to file a counter DMCA with proof she had permission to use the brands.

Or, file a suit in court and wait for IMVU's lawyers to settle by giving you the account back. They always settle. Expect the account to be returned with all of the products deleted and negative credits / a bill for the negative amount. If you don't pay the amount back within a week, they will just disable the account again for money owed.

IMVU now has a zero tolerance policy for the use of trademarked/copyrighted brand logo use. Because they have been sued for it multiple times. In short, giveup, because proceeding anything in court they are now turning over your info to the brands you used so they can bring up their own charges on you, and they don't have to deal with it. This has happened to at least one person I know of already. Remember that when you signed up to create, you agreed to be liable for any use of stolen/copyrighted/trademarked products.
