First go to https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and put in the Email you want to check.

After that click on pwned!

If you see something like this :

Its time to change your Email/Pass !

I also use this website every few months to make sure my accounts have not been compromised. It's saved me in the past. About a dozen of the sites I use have been listed as pawned.
