Preventing visitors from seeing room content info? INFO?

Is there a program or item or method to prevent room visitors from seeing room content information such as item name and description as well as links to the item/s purchase page and or creator/s?

Derive from every product you wish to place into the room, zero changes to the products, and hide them in the IMVU catalog, so people have a harder time finding the original version to purchase.
