General question about IMVU auto flagging system

Hello,

I have a friend who recently purchased a account from someone. whiteout knowing better he logged in while not using a VPN.
IMVU flagged his account and as a result he is blocked from purchasing any credits or subscriptions (VIP).

I suggested he wait for a while and later (1 week) logon back but this time using a vpn located in the original account region.

My questions are:

1. is there anyway to remove this flagging, like my method I suggested.
2. can these accounts still receive gifts?

If anyone has any experience, let me know.

Not sure about the first question, your friend can try contacting IMVU support and making up a story about moving. As for your second question, I believe they should be able to receive gifts just fine. Though I'm not sure about credit transfers.

The moving suggestion is good also might add have that person get all the info on the account like secreat questions he or she might of used when setting up the account or even better just have that person handy when you call imvu so any questions they ask you they could help answer by telling you before you relaying the answer to IMVU. They will ask about e-mail, passwords, credit card and when and if you purchased anything with the card, etc. One other things they ask is what streets are close by your home or city, and make and model cars you own. Its a yes or no mostly if you own that vehicle or not. Not being able to answer the questions can and will most likes get the account closed out in time.
