How would attending events, and participating in contests help increase my secondary rank? I thought the only way to do that was to increase my total post count steadily over time.

Can you go into more detail about Programmers and Researchers? Like what languages, and what kind of stuff usually being programmed? As for researchers, more info overall, like what are the topics of focus, etc would be great
