Long story short, I dun goofed, aha.
My account is decently old, from 2016, and I haven't logged into it in around 3 years. I thought I knew the password, but after trying so many variations of what I thought it was, it was wrong each time. I have genuinely tried around 30 variations of my passwords, but to no avail. I don't remember the email that I used to register the account, and on top of that, I think I deleted it anyway. I did contact IMVU help, but once again, to no avail. All they will accept is my email, but I have explained over and over that I don't remember it. Is there some sort of tool that will tell you the email associated with an account, or some other way that I can get my account back.
I am desperate, haha.

Login to those and check the email address used. It's probably the same email.

Well I may have just imagined this, but I think that I created the email specifically and solely for IMVU use, as I wanted to remain anonymous. A definite mistake on my part aha. So that would not be an option, sadly. :')

Alright, new plan. From what year to what year was the account active?

Do you still own the PC or hard drive to said PC you used during those years?

Doesn't IMVU also ask for the credit card information if you made any purchases with your imvu account maybe that could help verify you as the owner of your account if you talk to imvu staff.

I created it in 2016 and was on and off until 2020, as that was the last time I logged on.
I do still have the computer (HP laptop), but I uninstalled IMVU, so I am not sure if that means I still have the logs. I am so not a computer person, aha.

Logs are kept in your %appdata% IMVU and IMVUClient folders.

More importantly though, which internet browser(s) do you use? Most browsers save autofill and profile lists. We might be able to pull the email address from that data.

I am currently travelling, but I will have access to that laptop in 2 days, so I can't yet check if I still have those folders.
I think I primarily used edge at the time, maybe chrome, but I know that I was cautious of any websites saving passwords or emails, so I am sure that I deleted any trace from there.

It turns out I don't have any IMVU folders left, and I am completely clueless when it comes to Regedit. I could not for the life of me figure out how to find my passwords from there and I have no idea what to do now haha.
