I have seen on the site many members who publish ways on how to see if a person on imvu has multiple accounts. From what I understand so far, you suggest that in order to see this, someone clicks on a link that we give them. A member to he does this he doesn't do it so easily he must be very stupid to click the link especially if he has many accunts. I have been in the game for many years and I have heard incredible things. for example. that if someone is very good at it, they can just come to the room you are in and just when you write something to see how many accounts you have. I have heard that they can still see what you write both in a private room and in a public room if they are inside in the room. how the hell do they do this?

Not all rumors are true. People brag. People lie.

A long time ago, it was possible to trace IP's via voice chat. Not anymore. If IP's are still leaking through IMVU's system somewhere ... we are not aware of it. The only way we know to tell if 2 account owners are the same person, is to compare their IP's, and the only way we know of to get their IP's is via tracking links or tracking code embedded into pages. I think some flash products MIGHT still leak IP's, but that would still require getting the person to step on and load the flash product in a chat.
