The first thing you want to do is make sure her device is secure. Otherwise, she will just get h4c|<7d again.
Have her update and run her anti-virus.
Then have her change her passwords on her emails / other accounts.
Make sure 2FA is enabled and up to date on all accounts.

she did and contact the support just waiting for respond , but no other chance to get her account back if she dont know her email password to check inside their ?

Once upon a time, IMVU staff would offer to change the email address on the account if you offered to show them your ID and proof of payment, to prove that you are the owner of the account.

i wouldnt contact them just call them. because tickets are shit fyi don't!!!! get pissed off when there english is shit. but it is Faster to call them scums. and just press 2 even if ur not as VIP member. faster to get in and out tbh

If they have to message you ... then it's a phisher / social engineer, not a h4c|<7r. Just block them / don't talk to them, and they won't be able to hurt you.
