Then you are choosing the wrong payment method. As mentioned on the ad, the dick is free once your mafia account reaches 2,500 medits. When you receive the $5 bill, click the big green "View & Pay Bill" button. It will ask which payment method you want to use. Choose the method labeled "Medits" (mafia store credit). Your mafia account racks up 75 medits in free store credit every day you login.
