Account on Hold for Security..

I get off work just to be getting on VU after my account has been placed on hold for “security reasons”. I go to file a support ticket - fast forward they are asking for a credit card that has been used on my account that I no longer use & it isn’t even my credit card. I think the card is inactive or expired. But the same card has been used on another account and now they are asking for a relationship with someone else and idk how to respond to that…

Okay so they just responded back & now they are asking for a selfie with my ID, how I’m related to this person, the payment method used & last 4 digits, the complete name/s of the authorized payer/s registered on the orders placed on the account and how are you related full name of the owner of Apple payment

I don’t know how to answer these questions what do I dooo? Helpppp!

Is there anything on the account you purchased yourself? I would give them the payment info for that instead.

Give them the person's full name, as well as your own.

and how are you related full name of the owner of Apple payment
