imvu avatar bio generator not working

the avatar name is not disabled she doesn't have a new name and it does exist... i should know because i'm married to her on imvu.

maybe a bug or imvu must have blocked his account

The exact thing is happening when I use the bio generator, it does it on everyone I enter saying they don’t exist and they do….
