usually u just input ur birthday but it doesnt work 3 times then u would have to send a photo of ur government ID

It didn’t say why I got the age verification token & then i tried to verify my age using their Veriff system and it failed & I was confused because I used the same ID & everything on my main account and it verified it

I do But i have lost a a lot of weight and it’s causing certain features on my face from my ID to now to look different
Also one more thing! My account is kinda new and someone sent me the Age Verification Token. Then I have not used any credit cards on my account i’ve strictly only used Apple Pay to buy credits & renew my vip & Apple Pay isn’t like a credit card thing. But i can provide my og email address, billing address, & date & birth because it matches my ID. I am confused cause I don’t want my account to get put on hold just because there’s no credit cards on my acc. Help

Sounds like you need to get a new ID with an up to date pic.

did you use you id? and i know i didn't cover anything up on it since i mean they know all your information anyway when you buy they need your address and all that so i just took the picture of my idea and made she i had everything that match even though at one point it said the 14th instead of the 13th and i had to message them to get it fixed
