Have you tried doing it with two internet browsers at the same time, instead of just 2 tabs in one browser?

I figured out what the issue is (so silly). You can't stack animated badges on top of still badges :/. The still badge will always go over the animated one.

This is the best that i could come up with lol. The 2 white corners bother me a little but its better than nothing.
