I had an issue where a troll made an account with a similar username to mine impersonating me and spewing a bunch of hatred in comments, chatrooms, pulse posts etc. I kept reporting it and nothing happened. I even contacted live chat multiple times to inform them about it and while they kept saying they'll check it nothing ended up happening. The account still exists but I guess the troll got bored and they stopped using it. Imvu just doesn't care sadly.

It's true. My friend hasn't been able to nip it in the bud, no matter how many reports. I know I've reported some heinous shit over the years as well; including a dude PMing me links to no-no age material on 4 different accounts after I booted him. Nothing ever happened to him, minus a slap on the wrist, across any of those accounts. It's like they look at everything with horse blinds on - and only act on that specific thing you're reporting, not the bigger picture. No matter how much evidence you have or submit, they turn a blind eye to anything that isn't the exact thing being reported with the flag feature.

But that sadly doesn't apply to people vanity-reporting anything and everything just to be petty and get you slapped on the wrist. That they don't seem to care if it's abused.

I had a song lyric with the word fuck in my tagline but I had it censored and it still got removed after someone "reported" it. They only care about minor things it seems. It's sad because it ruins the experience having to fight off trolls or getting your inbox spammed.

Yes!! Same here. I had my pretty innocuous interests reported (never bothered listing them after, just a witty one-liner instead), all of my rooms got at least 2 reports, despite almost entirely SFW description for AP rooms and various in-chat and PM reports over the years because I called someone a mean name or something. Admittedly I was younger and pretty dumb during most of those; around the 2010's when things were a lot more laid-back and drama wasn't that deep - or was almost fun. But yeah, the reported rooms or custom profile image reports never ceased to amaze me. But you report someone for harassing and sending you kiddie links (I assume just hentai, but still - wasn't gonna click it to find out)? Nah, no temporary ban, suspension, anything. C'mon.

Don, I didn't understand very well, as I use a translator sometimes the translation comes out a bit confusing and I don't understand very well.
But the reason for my question was the following, in the prints you posted there are two of my accounts blocked, and as far as I remember I've never bothered anyone from another country, lol
I've had problems with people who cloned my avatar with a name similar to mine and went to rooms to bother other people pretending to be me, but I'm not one to bother anyone, I keep my cool.

I did not post any screen prints.
