Creator reports potentially f*cked up making me lose tiers

Just like the title suggests it seems that something may have gone wrong in the calculation of the dev reports for the month of february as I got all zeroes in all sales categories but my points are well above the maximum 30 for each category. In the screenshot it shows I have 311 sales which I would say is about correct. I'm assuming derived sales means the sales of products derived from my meshes so I understand why that would be 0. The rest of the categories have all awarded me with a whopping 0 points. This number reflects on my final tier level very negatively as I dropped from tier 6 to tier 3. The reports state that I qualify for up to tier 8

Contacting live support about this issue yields in nothing as they state the process is done by an automated system and they can't do anything about the results. Only if next month my reports show miscalculated numbers will they raise a concern to a higher up. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I understand sales dropping a bit therefore the points dropping as well but literally being awarded zero points for over 300 sales?

Edit: Screenshot was attached twice.

I've been through this, I've made several sales, I've uploaded several products, I've had several stitches and I've fallen. I don't understand how this calculation works.

Here is my figures for Feb.

As far as I know the tier points awarded compares your own figures against the rest of the communities'. The matrix VU uses has not ever been released so your guess is good as mine. Sales at 311 may be good at your rate however who knows what other's are in comparison. I guess my 1613 in derive sales does not rank high enough to gain 5 tier points either.

This new tier system is intended to encourage community participation. So if no points in sales can be gamed by earning points in the peer review, feed posting, greeter volunteer, purchasing products and VU extras.

I got more clarification from customer support after I persisted on escalating the situation to a higher up and they also told me it's because of lack of community participation. I didn't do much peer review in February because I was busy but dropping 3 tiers due to lack of review is too much imo. I guess I have to do quite a lot of it if I wanna rank up again.

There are other areas other than peer review to make up for loss in sales. Such as greeter participation, buying products, even using the Studio for submissions. Frankly, I have not put much weight on the levels as it being an indicator of a "good" creator. The reward only highlights who is active.
