I ordered some things and haven’t received them yet. The payment was accepted and it’s been past the 48 hour's. What can I do?

We have not yet received your payment.

You used Revolut to pay, but did not provide the claim link.

Till you provide the claim link to us, the money does not reach our end. The money just sits on the link till someone clicks and claims it.
