Unable to use DIY product on imvu classic

I'm unable to use the product (King Kong Floppy Dong - anyskin - PRB 2.0 B) I created using DIY in imvu classic client (PRB Deep Client v14), but I tested on imvu mobile and imvu next, and it works. I used the latest version of all the tools. How do I fix it?

It doesn't fix, IMVU Classic is incompatible with many items created on other platforms. Even lighting effects, mists are mismatched. In the tutorials of imvu itself they say so.
I've already made an update request for them to fix things related to effects, but they don't seem to listen to us.

Which version of the Index Randomizer did you use?

Versions 4.2 and 4.3 of the Index Randomizer cause that bug. Making sure you are using the newest 4.5 version of the Index Randomizer.

I tried with both v4.4 and v4.5 of Index Randomizer, yet it did not work. Below is the list of all the tools and versions I used:
Hash offsetter v7.2
Chkn cleaner v3
Asset renamer v9.5
Morph renamer v3.2
Texture hash offsetter v1.5
Index randomizer (v4.4 and v4.5)

Did you redownload the CHKN and start fresh before running Index Randomizer version 4.5?

Once versions 4.3 or 4.4 break a CHKN, it can not be fixed. You have to start fresh.

Yeah, I always have an untouched chkn file and make copies of it before starting any DIY product
