can I add a dance to a song?

Hello everyone, I'm new to this page and also to imvu, I wanted to ask you a question, can I add a dance to a song created by me without derivatives? I stole a xaf dance and wanted to include it.

I would not recommend using a stolen dance XAF. IMVU has scans that notify pro devs when assets belonging to one of their products are reuploaded. You are better off deriving off of the dance and adding your song to it. Or, just using 2 products at the same time.

Be careful with texture theft, mesh theft, sounds, animations, etc., I say this from experience, IMVU notifies you in a few days that you illegally derived their products in some way (extractor program) and they can give you a DMCA as the worst case scenario or take down the product and remove it from the store, what I recommend is paying that derivation fee, and you protect yourself from losing the product and even less the account.
