not sure bro. I think you can look up their avatar page to see if their account has been deleted. Not sure though. What exactly are you looking for?

He is probably looking for an API or a webpage that displays a difference between the two account types. If we had a dataset of sample accounts to test on, then perhaps we could find an answer.
