New creator getting error on gifting my products

Hey everyone I recently decided to get into creating i made my first piece of clothing and now i want to send it to a friend as a gift, i keep getting an error reading "You are not permitted to purchase this product" any help?

First, when you sent the product to the official imvu store, an option should have appeared in the browser in red, to send the product to peer review, then imvu takes between 2 to 7 days to approve the product, when this product This approval will appear on the product page, a message that passed the peer review and you can now send it to everyone
