IMVULite is perfectly safe, we have no interest in hacking accounts. What makes you think someone is trying to h4c|< your account?

Well, I did not share my psswrd and I do not use Windowns, I use Linux, and the only windowns software that I use is IMVULite. I have two-factor verification, and IMVU gives me more than 10 emails from the 2-factor code. Not to mention that I live in Brazil and the emails said that the accesses had been from the USA. I changed my password and they still kept trying to log in, the only place I used the new password was in IMVULite on Linux. And I had just installed Linux so the probability of it being infected with a virus is almost zero, which leads me to believe that my password was stolen from IMVULite since that was the only place I used it.

i dont think are software would steel that type of information from you. have you checked to make sure the password hasnt been Breached befor. like in google setting or something? because i think theres away to check it to see if passwords been leaked out from Gmail google or something. u could always check that.

You can easily run a data sniffer and IMVU Lite at at the same to see what it does / does not send to us. The only thing it sends to us is your username (if you are using the licensed version). If you are using the free version, we get nothing.

Was this a password that you use on multiple websites? It might not have been your computer that was h4c|<7d. It might have been a leak from another website or game where you are using the same password. Or, if you have a password manager, there have been breaches of some of the common password managers. There was also a recent security breach that affected saved passwords within chrome, just a month ago.

Are you sure they were legit emails and not phishing attempts?

How I said, I changed My psswrd and the only place that I used the new passrd was on IMVULITE from here. I just get 4 new e-mail with 2 factor code. I'll try to use a completly new psswrd and see that this do not happens anymore. And yes, are legit e-mails from IMVU. And my laptop is not h4c|<7d, the only account that is having this issue is IMVU, if my laptop was h4c|<7d, all another account in another website was in the same situation, and how I said, I use linux, and play imvu using the winehq. Anyway thanks, going try to change the passrd for a new, and see if it happen again.
