IMVU Bug Issue

I've an issue in my imvu account, bascically my folowings were over 4k, when i unfollowed everyone it got stuck on 250+. but it shows only about 25 down in the list, so like the number is 250+ but down i see just 25 which are that in my friend list. I waited for about 3 weeks for it and it still same, tried to follow/unfollow people nothing changed. Does anyone has idea about how to fix this please. Everyone see it same which make it weird.

could try blocking them 1 by one.

I cannot see them to block them, like the only people in my followings rn is my friends but number is 200+ like i dont know who are them i had +4k to block them, hope i explained it good this time

Ofc, its same on PC and Phone over 3 weeks, even tried contact imvu support and didnt get rly help

i can show video if that would help
