Hi, just wanted to understand if I did anything wrong since I believe I followed all the steps mentioned properly. I used all the cleaners, renamers etc. I do have an active membership on imvu and have managed to upload the product as an unpublished product. I don't seem to be able to use it on imvu mobile though. I see the uploaded product in my accessories however everytime I try to equip it, it brings up an error of not being able to load some products.
