Yeah heard that too. Its somewhere in the ToS but even then, doesn't help with the public if they go around just banning people bc someone had a bad day in the office

IMFU steals accounts by setting up fake evidence against the person they are disabling, most of that useless staff will do it as a favor for someone or because they simply don't like you, there is a MASSIVE Civil lawsuit against them going on right now, THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED DMCA AGENTS only self-appointed, what they do is so Highly Illegal that they have been charged with Grand Larceny For stealing Millions and Millions of dollars from their members. Idk about being disabled,more important i dont think they can deactivate your account if you payed for credits/VIPs monthly subscription that´ll be a crime from imvu

This sounds about right. I've seen people get banned for absolutely asinine things, including my own 12 year account because "the age on my profile didn't match". I wouldn't be surprised if someone at IMVU didn't like me, considering I kept getting hit for completely innocuous room descriptions and interests; nothing even NSFW. Could just be someone I'd booted once upon a time keeping a grudge, though.
If nothing else, IMVU has never been subtle about the absurd double standards and two-faced 'policing'.
