i been trying to to get the one of us reward,, but when i put in the changes. i get this..

The Skype name you entered is too short.
The website address you entered is too short.
The website address has to be a valid URL, including the protocol. For example http://www.example.com/.

im not on skype. i dont have a wedsite. i put the dont have one in theys slots. because i dont, please correct this.. i like to update my profile correctly. thank you and gods bless...

Thank you for the report. It is indeed silly to require those fields, especially since Skype is being discontinued this month. I will take a look at the profiles code and make the website field optional and remove the Skype field entire.

EDIT: Sorry for the late reply, I didn't catch this post when it was first made. I typically check our recent posts card on our index page every day but got a bit behind the last few days. Catching up on replying to threads now.

So, the award isn't given automatically unfortunately. We periodically look over our users and award it manually. So you don't technically have to fill out those sections but I do agree, Skype shouldn't be there anymore and the website should be marked as optional.

I will remove Skype from profiles (and the whole site eventually) and add an optional tag to the website field
