im here cause i have no way to get an answer from imvu so i came here to ask somebody could help with the account disabled issue

1. my partner changed her account cause she was feeling that her related email account lost password access then she changed to a new one

2. imvu codes were so messy so long to receive from server and took a lot of time to been received almost 20 minutes so once we got the code the changed email account was done successfully

3. my partner account was first on hold status then yesterday was disabled for 20218 days counting from yesterday

my question is
how to get back the account since was just and email changed why to disable the account those many days i dont know really
we wrote to imvu center no one answer the ticket #532404 or check in anyway, if somebody could help will be apreciated in all the ways

Hey man, when you get chance or see this, please hide the IMVU username and emails in your post. It's a really bad idea to publicly post either of these on the site. As for a solution, I highly recommend phoning IMVU directly if you live in the US. They should have Spanish speakers on the customer service team as well, if that's easier for you.
