Imvu Classic not working

I followed the instruction that were giving to me but kept getting an error message about invalid username and password even after checking and changing the password . I just brought some product and would like to use it but I can’t even get the app to work. Someone help please

Are you logging in with your imvu email or avatar name (without the @) and password?

Yes I tried both and it’s still saying that’s it’s invalid

Classic and Mafias clients should be working fine. Buying a product here shouldn't affect them in any way, either. Make sure you don't have caps lock on and double-check your email to make sure there isn't a suspension/ban message from IMVU and that the username is correct.
