Hi All-
I'm new to this list, and to developing. I'm an audio recording/sound/broadcast engineer. So I figured I'd start with something that would be easy for me, AUDIO! Thus I am working on my own voicebox. I have found a deriveable ring. I've figured out the triggering and importing of my audio files....
I'm recording some sounds right now, just standard stuff such as hello, goodbye, brb, etc. I'm sure once I figure this out, my husband is going to ask me to record some sexy sounds...
I have a few questions and I'm hoping you guys can help.
Here are my questions-
Can I use my own VB in the game without submitting it to the IMVU store, for "real life" (or in this case virtual life) scenario testing? If so, how?
How do Dev tokens work? Do I have to buy them? Do I need to pay Dev tokens to submit an item to the store?
How long does it take for the peer review process to complete before I can submit my item to the store?
Is there anything else I should know before I get too deep into this?
