Well you should be able to save the picture then use the saved picture as it... I'm not sure exactully I never really tried.

I mean when i did the photo there was those chat balloons up with some commands and i want cut them from there + the chat.

CTRL + B

Just hit that on your keyboard and the balloons will disappear.

Correct, you need to use a graphics program to cut out the name.
