Strange Inbox Messages

Does anyone have any idea why people keep sending this to my inbox:

"I hereby abide by the terms and conditions and in context of that, I post my info here" ???

I swear, I have gotten 10 messages that say that in the past week..., and the ip is different for all of them. Any idea what is going on?

Maybe a bot? I think we had one recently here

No...they were all real people, I checked.

I sent response to all of them...as their messages also contained requests and questions.

I was just kind of weird over those few days.
