this had happened to them I just emailed one of the girls on imvu staff (can't remember the name but ask on the help section of the forums or the rants) and she did it I think it was claire

..well, what to do if my original IMVU account has not my real name and family name?! ..you know, how will i verify my age...is it possible to change my name and family name?
..when i made the account, i just wrote in a random info..
