hi, i got gimp 2.6.8 and i try to find where to download the adobe photo shop
for free, any idea where i can download it down for free not a trial.By the way i learning to make sticker and i see a lot of sticker have the color that sparkle or silver sparkle like real jewels but i don't know how to do it in gimp is there anyone can help? please reply.

If you're learning to make stickers, don't waste your time trying to steal Photoshop. It's not worth the trouble and legal implications for such a simple task. There are many free alternatives such as GIMP and Paint.Net that can do stickers just as well.
