We'll I see 3 questions in that, and I have 3 answers for you.

1) If you derive a product, you have to pay the original cost of the product + a 500c submission charge.

2) If you want to create products from scratch, you have to use Blender, and unless you know how to work CADD, then your going to get REALLY confused.

3) If you want a product for personal use, you can create it and either: Do Not Publish (which will automatically occur after submitting) or you can Hide it by going into the product page, scrolling down, and clicking the red button that say's "Hide."

-scratches head- any other questions?

Here are the steps of creating a music ring:

1) Derive from the following link for the cheapest, reliable triggerless ring... http://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=1375946

2) Then you can use Limewire, iTunes, anything with any sound format

3) Download the "Smart Audio Converter" Free trial from the following link... http://www.smartaudioconverter.com/?gclid=CMaUjLP0lpMCFRIsFQodEVMmew

4) Add the music files you want to convert in the Converter, and convert all music tracks to .ogg format.

5 - Final Step) While in IMVU Previewer with the Derivable Triggerless Ring I gave the link too, Click on the "Actions" Tab. From there you can change the sample trigger by typing in what you want the new trigger to be, and click browse to find and upload the song you want to play when you type that trigger.

WARNING: Make sure your ring remains under 2MB, which means only 1-2 songs per ring!

And thats about as simple as I can explain it.

Actually Tero, the developer you are talking about(and my friend), was framed by IMVU. apparently IMVU was putting a glitch into his products that caused the avi disfunction, I suspect it's from all the IMVU's damn updates. But they disabled him, and he made a new account and is still making music. His stuff prior to being disabled is tainted, so I don't know what to tell you. This derivable ring should still be good though.
