Hello everyone, My name is Devin Darrell Phillips Walters. I'm currently 19 and in the route to be a coding and web page designer in college. I am on my second term and am well on my way to become better. I normally enjoy doing Graphic art and hopefully make a few websites for others to make a living. I may not have any pictures up right now but I will very soon I hope to make art for others as well since I wasn't in any forums for a while. I specialize in effects and anime.
