Hey Guys where can I create a banner for free the one that I can put pics on it then caption. etc

Google is your best friend.But then again, there's gonna be something annoying with the site that makes the banner and there'll be something near the banner saying THIS BANNER WAS MADE ON WWW.EXAMPLE.COM

I would rather do it myself on photoshop or paint

another way you can do it is take the code alot of developers have for thier site,,,, just replace the url leading to thier site and replace it with your catolog url,, as for the picture just go to image shack and use the url from there.
