urm well i joined imvu in 2008 n i stoped goin on it at begining of 2009 n i was off it 4 lyk a year i got back on it lyk 2 weeks ago n ive got none ov the stuff i did have it basicly gave me nothing they took my cloths,skins,heads,animations,accessorys and rooms so i was wondering if any body knows how i can get them all back? lol

o.o i stopped getting on imvu for 2 years but made a new account but the stuff i had on my old account was still there wasnt much tho. anyway if it happened 2 weeks bak it might been from wen imvu went out or somthing but if its perssting idk wut it is

na i went bk on it 2 weeks back but ive not been on it 4 about 1 year but i aint got a clue y ive not got all my stuff and they aint even sent me a message telling me y they tuk it all

If your account goes inactive for more than 8 months, then IMVU removes all of the products from your inventory. The only way to get everything back is to file a help ticket.

lol that's weird, I joined imvu in Jan 2009 then stopped in June, and I only restarted in January 2010 but my items were still there.

It's simple. You are not inactive for MORE THAN 8 MONTHS.
