Here is a list of things you can do:

1) Temporarily update all of your items to remove anything that might get them banned - yes, I know this will mes up your products for a month, but it is better than loosing them
2) Make sure said items are not visible in the catalog, this may stop sales, but it will help stop the flagging
3) I am hoping that your items are only clearly black market items after trigger words are said...(helps hide them)
4) Change your name + e-mail address of your account at the same time, yes, I know this will cost, but it is the only sure way to run (IMVU has to look you up in the data base somehow, so they will probably use 3 types of info, your name, e-mail, and id), you can not change your id, but changing the other two should throw them off for a while
5) Set your hp to buddies only, shove a bunch of religious stuff on it and join some goody two shoe groups, I have noticed that IMVU tends to ignore you if you look extremely innocent
6) never chat about the black market during an IMVU chat, admin can and will monitor them, here are some nice chat rooms for you: http://www.freewebs.com/imvumafia/RoomIndex.html
7) we have codes we can add to your hp to crash anyone trying to look at your page without logging and we also have codes to track IMVU staff, PM me for these
8) contact all customers and ask them to keep it hush hush for a while, see number 6, this applies to messages also, IMVU forum PM's are safe if you want them to check their PM box
9) make a fake black market to set IMVU off track, a few guest accounts dressed up to look like black markets never hurt anyone...have friends flag them, let IMVU feel as if they accomplished something

Questions:
1) how many devs do you have
2) how do you normally advertise
3) have they come after you yet?
4) how do you normally display your items?
5) how do customers normally contact you?

5) how do customers normally contact you?

1) I only have one Devi...I am one of his many sellers.
2)I normally am avertised through word of mouth by trusted sources of mine. My trainer got me my first 5 sellers....then a few of her clients came to me as well...all tell only trusted about me.
3) They haven came after me yet but my stuff keeps disappearing...I think they are finding it on others right now.
4) I dont display until i know for sure someone is trustworthy. They are not in catalog but in a room that is held to myself in my private collection on my av.
5)Customers send me a private message on imvu when they need to speak with me. They only say the wish to talk...they dont mention anything about the BM items.

Ok, you might want to tell your customers to keep their outfits hidden and not to wear the black market items in public rooms.

I remember when we use to give out nude patches thou, and no one seemed to be able to keep their mouth shut. Our nude patch was only meant for our 90 VIP members, but our server stats were showing 2000+ people using our patch, which was more people than we had members at the time. I was able to cut down on the unauthorized users though by adding a password to the patch. Maybe you should do the same to your products, with a trigger word.

Next IMVU admin can listen in on private conversations, and do if you are under investigation, so I would avoid doing business inside of IMVU chats.

That is what we use our chat rooms for: http://www.freewebs.com/imvumafia/RoomIndex.html

When buying my items...there are simple rules...
1) Must hide outfit at all times
2) Never use any of these items in a public room
3) Delete any pictures from your account that are suspicious, meaning No Nudity, no suggestive poses, nothing...
4) Only tell those you trust about me...and even then...tell them to have respect and not be idiots..or I don't sale to them

Those are my devi's rules...and the rules That all of us that sale under him use, except on 4....his words are only tell those you trust....I add the rest because I refuse to sale to assholes

Well, if your products are being taken down, then obviously someone is leaking information. Either that, or someone has figured out your dev and is now just flagging all of your dev's products. In which case the best advise I can give to protect your dev is, make the products look innocent inside and out.
