A coupon code thingy ...

Well, I really need some help for this. I made a coupon code but I can't understand for what purchases does it count? If it's for items from the catalog, how can you enable to use the coupon? I've never tried this method of getting credits before and that's why i don't get it.
Anyway, here is the code:
SGMPH45DT3 Expires: 11/16/10

I'll be very grateful to anyone who uses it if he/she knows how!!

PS: Also what are these mafia credits for? Surely they must serve a purpose, right? : D

I think the coupon code can only be used when buying credits or stuff like that, and not on catalog, that I'm sure of. So it means you gotta get some people buying credits to use your coupon code.

And the mafia credits are to be used in these forums for various things, you can enter lottery, buy name color change and so on...
