Pending credits question, help please!

Hiya, quick question. I'm new to creating so I apologise if there is a simple answer to this so...

For maybe about a week now, the credit payout for the next day has been significantly lowered from what was previously shown. I've attached pics to explain what I mean. So the 3k was what was displayed 2 days ago, and now suddenly it's down to 850creds???

I thought maybe it's down to fraudulent transactions but I'm not getting any alerts plus it doesnt make sense that more than half my sales are fraudulent, so I'm stumped really! Any ideas?

Are you they didnt pay you out the first amount an then someone else bought another product for 3k that same day?

Hm very tricky, Im sure someone here can help but i really have no clue? Maybe contact IMVU support?

you might go back and see if you did some shopping and bought something yourself and the credits were taking from your account in that way. If not imvu support will fix this for you or explain what is going on.
