There is a multiplayer version to the 2007 Grand theft auto san andreas for pc. And among the many servers was an Intensive roleplay server called "S.A.R.P". This was hands down the best game i have played just because of the roleplaying aspect.

heres a few things ab games. Would a game like sword art online work in reality?

Probably not. In the anime, you put on a singular piece of gear, a headset, that controls how your brain sends signals; so that you don’t move, but your consciousness is thrown into the game. That alone is grounds for all kinds of problems. Would the general populace like a headset that basically holds you hostage? How much testing (human or otherwise) would have to be done in order to make sure your brain doesn’t send signals to the parts of your brain that say “MOVE!”? And the science of consciousness is still very much a work in progress, as we still don’t quite know how thoughts and memories are stored; let alone transporting our whole mentality into a completely different plane of existence.

Ok, but that’s assuming a lot. That’s assuming you want a game exactly like SAO. Let’s say you just want an Oculus Rift VRMMO that looks like SAO. What then?

Well, maybe.

For the most immersive experience, you’d need something like the Vive or other motion peripherals to simulate walking and slashing and etc, and that’s not cost-effective now. Later, maybe. Or what about just VR headset + keyboard? Until they can fix motion sickness issues, or the current issue where you can’t play for more than 30 minutes before vomiting, then no. Of course, all this can be improved upon in time, but we’re talking 5–10 years probably, at the lowest possible expectations; and assuming the VR hype doesn’t die before then.

I've been playing video games from a very long time. Every now and then, I came across games that had a really strong impact on me. It could be the amazing graphics, artistic and creative experiences, fantastic gameplay, amazing fun factor or anything that just left a permanent impression on me. There are hundreds of AAA games out there today, gaming has really grown as an industry but I feel most of these titles are really lackluster and I get bored of them easily. So here's an answer to celebrate the best games I've ever played in my life, the ones I felt were truly worth playing and added quality to my life.

To be honest, I'm looking forward for a whole game system like SAO, Aka Sword art online. Where you know they have the gear set etc.
I'd think it'd be actually fun to be trapped inside of a game. Do you agree? But the fact that you have to fight for survival is quiet scary.
But also challenging like so you can get stronger.
