There is currently a 1.5 - 2.5 week wait on help tickets for disabled accounts, sent by non-VIP accounts.

ok i am waiting long time now, i sen tit with a VIP account, i am waiting almost 2 weeks now and i got no answer.. -.-

Yeah my case got closed, now i posted what they wanted ( A scanned copy a ID which is mandated by my damn state showing my Birthdate too <---- they make me go nuts -.-)
will they even answer now?
