Ok, this should be very interesting to all members in the U.S. This past Sunday I happened to be flipping through the newspaper when I came across an article labeled something like "The fight for Bandwidth". To shorten it considerably... U.S. ISP Time Warner cable is starting experiments of monthly bandwidth caps of say... around 100 gigabytes... this is big... if time warner decides to apply it across the country, other ISPs WILL follow. Due to time constraints... I'll scan and post the article later this week.
