I have used that website to get a name change on IMVU. It is trustworthy, you can buy your name with 30,000 credits, but I have never heard anything about becoming VIP through it.
You send them 30,000 credits and get 10,000 of those back along with the Gust_ removal token. There's a small problem though, if I am not mistaken, the transfer limit is 10,000 at the moment, so you'll have to file a ticket on IMVU for a staff member to manually transfer 30,000 credits. You will also have to file a ticket on devcredits to inform them of the manual transfer as they do not get notifications when a staff member sends credits. The procedure can take a while.
