Hi Mafias

1/Yesterday (Friday @ 19:14) I received an email from IMVU saying my account has been permanently banned due to due to a Terms of Service violation, specifically use of an unauthorized version of IMVU's 3D Chat application.

2/ Some people think Its sad but IMVU is a big part of my life, it is where I spend my spare hours after work socialising with friends. I have spent a great deal of money in the game and I am an AP pass holder, also VIp. I haven't slept since, just trying to find different ways to solve this but nothings working so it is affecting me big time. I feel like a great injustice has been done to me and it has made me feel miserable :(

3/ The problem is coming from IMVU I believe. I mean there is no way I've been using an unauthorised version of the 3d client. Also whilst searching for answers in forum a person mentioned whisper tool. Now that I did use but it was a long time ago and I do not understand why or how it could affect me now? Since it gets removed with updates and since I am VIP, I've no need for it.

So I'd really like some help getting my account back, fingers crossed and really hoping you guys can help me out, thanks.

Just go downtown and pay $25 to sue them in small claims court ... or however his country handles cases.

I have multiple acquaintances who have done this and each got their account back within a day: http://www.ehow.com/how_5264189_sue-someone.html

so i have lost my account and i go to hp from http://www.ehow.com/how_5264189_sue-someone.html, i have pay 29 dollars (because we speak in real time), and say to me :" I see. I would suggest contacting the company in writing at their California address. You might also want to send a copy of the letter to the proper consumer protection agency in California, which I'll research for you now. This may take a few minutes. Please hold on. Thanks.

Thanks for waiting. The California Department of Consumer Affairs handles all complaints about businesses located in the state, whether they are licensed or not. You can either file a complaint online, or download a complaint form and send it to them. http://www.dca.ca.gov/online_services/c ... ccru.shtml

I would recommend sending the written complaint and demand for refund to the company first, give them some time to reply and then if nothing happens then file the complaint with the State of California."

and now is now...how imvu react or have to wait a few months in response to the letter?
