I have updated the avilink generator. It now supports AP accounts and accounts that are unavailable.
However, there is still 1 bug I am working on but it should not effect most accounts. This project is still a work in progress and is by no means finished but it's pretty capable already.
Please report bugs/problems to me.
EDIT: I updated the code again to add error checking for disabled avis. It should no longer give you empty boxes.
The code now supports generating links for the following:
Disabled avis and other non valid avis should always give you the error instead of blank boxes.

Avicard Generator Update: Rewrote the code in a more streamlined/easier to maintain way, fixed bugs and re aligned everything better. The bottom links are now fully visible and have more logic to them. For instance, the add friend button will be disabled if you are logged into the imvu website and the person is already your friend. If the user is offline, the invite button will be disabled. Added more logic to the badges at the top so they are only visible at certain times.
Badges are still unavailable at this time. I haven't figured out how to go about parsing them and filling out the card with the codes.
