Greetings my fellow Imvu Mafias,

I think this is the best place to talk about this as we all here want to study languages such as JavaScript, php, etc.

Codecademy
Code
http://www.codecademy.com/

it is a nice place to learn about JavaScript, php, jQuery, Python, Ruby, etc. in an interactive and fun way.
I think if you do have a slight knowledge about the language you are about to study you will be fine, but if you're gonna start from scratch you might get stuck in some places.

good luck and happy learning

You can also get help, brush up, cheat sheets on various disciplines and much more at http://webmonkey.com. I believe that is the url if not its .net or . org but I believe the .com is it. also you can get the entire kit & caboodle bible so to speak on php at http://PHP.org this is the official website for php u can even download the complete manual etc. but be prepared for long download time if u don't have a super fast connection. But the webmonkey site is or used to be full of helpful cheats, all kinds of codes for everything u may can imagine. I haven't used it in a long while but i'm sure its still alive and kicking. its an awesome site. It even has newletters for tips and tricks etc.. check it out sometime i'm sure that it will prove its worth in no time :) have a great day!

Glade to see this thread!. im currently teaching myself javascript and im using Codecademy to help, i find it to be the best way of learning how to code on your own. there is interactive lessions witch are fun af btw. also at some point through the lessons u will be prompted with a small quiz to really test what u have learned so far. just awesome! im having a blast learning there.

If anyone here has a question about JavaScript or back-end server coding, feel free to PM me. I code in JavaScript professionally, and I'd be happy to give back to the community I love.
