Hello everyone. Can someone recommend a good gaming laptop at the maximum of $250?
I'm kind of tired of the choppy gameplay with the lag going on when it comes down to
the laptop that I have now. Any recommendations ? I'm on a budget of $250.
I'm sure someone may say that it may not be enough to get some high FPS,
but there's gotta be something besides trying to build from scratch.
I'm not sure if this was the right section to post this.

Thanks for the help~ :)

Band new brand name:
Cheapest are going to be ACER, but they go bad fast. Brand new, an ACER will crap out on you within two years.
The best bang for your buck is going to be Lenovo. That's what the military is using now a days. Your cheapest Lenovo gaming laptop is $320 though.

Refurbished:
Maybe, you might find a refurbished i5 on Amazon or ebay. It's going to be a gamble on how good the refurbished parts are.

Is it possible that you can find me something on amazon or ebay that's recommended for my fit? I heard acer was a really good laptop to run IMVU on. I'm not trying to save up and spend like 1,000 bucks or so just for an MSI laptop which is just way overkill.

If you can find me one, I'll bookmark it so I have an idea :aHappy: . Thank you by the way~

I meant to say that I have an HP laptop AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon HD graphics. IMVU still lags though, so I'm tryna find something that won't or a lot less lag.

You contradict yourself in that sentence. What you seek doesn't exist.

Rather than linking you to some half decent but still terrible laptops I would advice you to save your money. I would also offer you help in testing your current laptop to see if any performance can be gained from it.

Sometimes a simple OS cleanup can go a long way. Or it might be possible for you to spend your money on a faster hard drive to swap in it. Possibly a little more ram too. Both of which are easy to install.

I recently used this exact laptop for military systems for 2 years: https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Latitude-E6 ... 2289792011

Eventually I would upgrade the RAM to 8GB or 16GB; that's what I did and it ran much smoother with more RAM. I never used this for gaming, but I did do some heavy duty processing and calculations on it. I have no idea how it would handle gaming. It does have 4/5 stars with 20 reviews, but most of the reviews are from people using it for school / home business. That's the best I can find within your price range. I would still look around if I were you. See what other options you can find and compare.
