How to make 4k or 3k chkn file smaller to upload in creator mode? Is there a compressor or a file generator?

-Reduce the texture resolution

yes i have solved it, reduce the image resolution to lower than 10kbs, i set them at 5kbs and the file size decreased much,
i use this tools, it can do till 20 items per job,

does this work for sketchup meshes i already reduce the textures as much and still hve a few meshes that are to big

If the xmf files are decompiled, you can open them in notepad and reduce their size by removing submeshes with high vertex count.

I have the same problem......this is an old 3 year post but i was wondering if someone has found a way to reduce/compress the kbs on xmf file.....have reduce the texture as DM said....But still the file is 11000 kb.....for a hair that is too much....Be safe everyone

Decompile the mesh using my xmf decompiler LINK then modify the xml to remove the submeshes you don't want.
