Just wanted to know if there is a way to find a person's alt account on IMVU. I doubt there is a way of knowing from IMVU alone. So there might be some social engineering involved, but how can I obtain that information?

There is no such way

Not easily anyway. You'd have to spend time with people who know about the alts and get them to tell you or get the alt owner to tell you.

I mean you could try datamining and spending time monitor a person's account but that won't ever be reliable.

We have a php script in our tracking section that can tell you at least if two accounts are from the same location / house. It relies on the person going to your homepage though while logged into those accounts.

Are you sure we're still hosting that script? If not do you think creating a script that people can put on their homepage that emails them everyone who visits would be taxing or otherwise cause us problems?

A damn. I know the person already (very well, almost 5 years I've known this person). I feel like this person has gotten bored on this account and moved onto another one. I don't even want to ask the question, because it could be a little weird.

We never hosted the script. We just give out the code for it. We've always made people host it themselves.
